For
one hundred and fifty years Bethel has been providing for
the needs of Black families and others who are part of its
ministry community. Today we are proud to claim owner/sponsorship
of one of the largest housing ministries sponsored by any
religious congregation in the city of San Francisco.
Bethel
has become the leading activist and advocate for affordable
housing in the Western Addition Community of San Francisco.
Through the four complexes that Bethel now owns, it provides
a total of 347 units of affordable housing.
